The above Sweepstakes prize is subject to the prize-specific terms and conditions below and the General Terms of The Peter Jones Foundation Virtual Fundraiser (the “PJF Terms”) available at: www.peterjonesfoundation.org/fundraisert&cs. By entering the Sweepstakes, you acknowledge and accept the PJF Terms.

• This Sweepstakes prize is open to entrants worldwide (subject to the remaining terms of these Official Rules).
• The winner will be entitled to receive 1 x unframed artwork by Dan Baldwin. The artwork will be personally selected by Dan Baldwin at his sole and absolute discretion. The winner will not be able to select the artwork.  The prize is final, no cash substitute will be offered, and the prize is non-refundable/transferable nor capable of exchange.
• If, due to a fault and/or omission of the winner, it has not been possible to deliver the prize to the winner within six (6) months of the Sweepstakes End Date (despite reasonable attempts to deliver such prize) the prize will be withdrawn.
