"Valentino Rossi" by Mercury, artwork signed by both.

Pop style artwork created by the artist Mercury using mixed media on a digital base finished by hand and then printed on cardboard. The work bears the original signature of Valentino Rossi and that of the artist on the back. The work produced in just 2 copies worldwide is numbered on the back.

Mercury - a pseudonym to protect the talented artist's real idenity - is famous and esteemed both in Italy and throughout the world and his works are displayed in a number of private collections. His favourite subjects include the celebrities of the world of music and cinema, often depiected in distinctive shades of blue. The artist tends to donate his works for charity throughout the world.

On 25th September 2021, Mercury's works were on display in Italy for the first time in his career in a collective exhibition that boasted the esteemed patronage of Sandra Milo.

The Cause

History Life Onlus was born out of a group of young volunteers’ passion for history and culture.

Our belief is that knowledge is the heritage of us all and that every one of us should know his/her own past in order to become a better version of himself/herself.

At the center of our activities are the protection, promotion and enhancement of culture and art in all of their forms and expressions. To this end, one of our main goals for 2017 is to create a fund for scholarships for deserving but economically disadvantaged students.

We believe that knowledge is a right of everyone: every citizen of the world should have the possibility to access it, independently from his/her economic situation, because only instruction makes men truly free.
