Tickets will be delivered 24 hours before the day of the event or on the morning of the day of the event in the manner subsequently communicated
There will be no refunds whatsoever in the event of non-participation, except in the event that an event - is cancelled definitively by the organising body by means of an official communication. In this case, a full refund of the amount paid by the Customer shall be made.
In the event that an official event is officially postponed by the organising body to a date within 5 years of the indicated date, the participation certificates shall remain valid even if the event is held at a venue other than the original one; in this case, no refund will be issued
