This is your chance to take home Francesco Totti's 1995/1996 season shirt - signed by the soccer star on the back, making this item and truly special collector's item.

In the 1995/1996 season the players' names were printed on the shirts for the first time. This no. 20 shirt was the first of the series.

This item is the first in a series of 27 of Francesco Totti's shirts that have been donated to the Roma Cares Fountation by a collector and will be gradually sold off at auction. This series traces Francesco Totti's career with the shirts that he wore from 1995 to 2017.

This is an official store shirt, it has been used. This shirt has not been issued/worn by a player.

All proceeds from this auction will be given to Roma Cares at the Ospedale Bambin Gesù, and in particular to the Lung Transplantation and Pulmonary Hypertension unit belonging to the Department of Pediatric Heart Surgery (Dipartimento Medico Chirurgico di Cardiologia Pediatrica - DMCCP).

The collector expressed the wish that all proceeds should be donated to the unit that did so much for his friend Andrea Mongiardo, who died last year after having lived most of his life with the heart of little Nicholas Green, killed in 1994, aged just 7, during an attempted robbery.

The Cause

Roma Cares was founded in 2014 with the aim of promoting education and positive values through sports. The foundation is a public charity tied to AS Roma’s wider context of respect and corporate social responsibility.

Roma Cares operates to promote social solidarity in the areas of sport, charity, social assistance, education, training and culture and art.

The proceeds from the sale of these shirts will go to support football schools and academies that offer places to children from disadvantaged families with the specific aim of guaranteeing sport for all, no matter what the level.

AS Roma supports the most vulnerable and disadvantaged categories.
