On September 27, 2019, his first studio album entitled Ex voto was released for the RCA Records label, which reached 19th position in the FIMI Album Ranking, remaining there for five months. In December he appeared in the television show Le Iene. In January 2020 he performed in the broadcast Quelli che il calcio. In February 2020 he was nominated with the song Festa featured in the film Bangla for best original song at the David di Donatello. The Ex voto Tour 2020 should have started in March 2020, but it was canceled due to the emergency of the Coronavirus pandemic. In 2020 he remotely took part in the May Day Concert. For the summer of 2020 he released the single Vienimi (a ballare) which was certified gold by FIMI for over 35,000 copies sold and subsequently, with the single Arsenico, he obtained the platinum record for over 70,000 copies sold. On December 17 of the same year, his participation in the Sanremo 2021 Festival was announced, in the Champions section, with the song Ora with which he went on to reach twenty-fifth place. On 12 March 2021 the album Meridionale was released, which includes the Sanremo hit Ora. On December 2, 2022 he released the single Domani torno.
