This item has been donated by Roger Federer in support of Jessica's Journey for the Downs Heart Group to provide a weekend of activities and sports for young people with DS and associated congenital heart conditions.

Downs Heart Group is a charity offering support and information relating to heart conditions associated with Down's Syndrome. They aim to provide one to one support, a telephone helpline, newsletters and their website to provide unbiased, up to date facts, thus enabling individuals to make informed choices. Down’s Heart Group was founded in 1988 by Linda Walsh with the support of a group of parents, all of whom felt there was a lack of information specifically relating to congenital heart defects associated with Down’s Syndrome.
