Downs Heart Group is a charity offering information about and support for those with heart conditions associated with Down's Syndrome.
They aim to provide one-on-one support, a telephone helpline, newsletters and a website to provide unbiased, up-to-date facts, thus enabling individuals to make informed choices.
Down’s Heart Group was founded in 1988 by Linda Walsh with the support of a group of parents, all of whom felt there was a lack of information specifically related to congenital heart defects associated with Down’s Syndrome.
