The Prize

With breathtaking views of the majestic Cortonesian Mountains and valley, this villa stay for eight is like no other. Your home for seven luxurious nights, the four-bedroom villa is situated in the quintessential Tuscan town of Cortona and dates back to the 16th Century. Classically Italian period features combine with modern amenities, including a stunning private pool surrounded by beautifully manicured gardens.

No visit to Italy is complete without savouring their famous cuisine. Fresh produce will be provided for you to enjoy in the outdoor alfresco area, and an in-house culinary delight will be served up for dinner one evening by your very own chef. This delectable banquet, inspired by the finest cuisine in the world, will leave you and your loved ones in total food heaven, savoured in an equally heavenly and picturesque setting.

After spending some days lazing by the pool, take a visit to the town to uncover its rich Roman history and appreciate its landscapes, artistic legacy and infectious Italian culture.

Larger villas available on redemption at a discounted additional rate: five-bedroom for an additional £600 and six-bedroom for an additional £1,200. All villas have an additional upgrade fee for July & August of £1,000.

The Cause

Small Steps Project is a children’s charity dealing with the most devastating humanitarian consequence of the global waste problem: child waste pickers.

All over the world thousands of children survive by collecting and recycling rubbish on landfill sites. Deprived of an education, they work when they should be at school and put their lives at risk on a daily basis. Work on the dumps is dirty and dangerous. As well as respiratory and skin diseases, cuts and lacerations to their hands and feet are commonplace and risk of infection is extremely high in the toxic environment.

Small Steps Project provides shoes to protect their feet and support to enable them to take small steps off the dump sites, out of poverty and into education.

To date, Small Steps Project has provided shoes and aid to over 20,000 children thanks to the money raised from shoes, all donated and signed by some of the most famous celebrities in the world.
