Bid on this wonderful opportunity for you and 3 guests to discover one of the most spectacular areas in Italy and the best of Sicily: the Aeolian Islands including Stromboli, Panarea, Salina, Filicudi and Alicudi, Lipari and Vulcano.

These 7 beautiful Mediterranean islands are all unique—from an active, innocuous volcano to serene beaches and small villages, these islands have it all.

Set sail on “Cochiel”—a 50-foot-long sailing yacht. This amazing vessel comes complete with 2 large cabins, each with a private bath, large below deck spaces, comfortable couches with a dining area and stunning teak wood decks. You and your guests will have access to the entire boat.

The skipper can provide sailing instruction, should the guests wish.

Please note: Valid from May 2018 – May 2019. Blackout dates are June, July and August, 2018. Boarding will take place in Milazzo. Catania is the closest airport—transfers are not included. Sailing requires some flexibility.

The sailing program will be set according to the guests’ wishes and the weather conditions.

Fuel to be paid on consumption, calculated as follow: 4.5lt/h diesel at gas station cost x number of engine hours run as per hours counter

The Cause

OAfrica is a nonprofit and non-governmental organization developing programs to empower children and young adults in need of care and protection due of institutionalization and abandonment to become productive members of the community.

In Ghana, thousands of children live in orphanages, but these institutions are not safe places and can seriously impact the development of children and expose them to all forms of abuse, mistreatment, exploitation and even trafficking. More than 80% of institutionalized children have living relatives: child abandonment is a humanitarian emergency, of which the leading cause is poverty.

This is why we endeavour to create a world without orphanages, where children can grow up in safe, permanent family settings with appropriate care and protection, with equal rights and opportunities. We accomplish this by removing children from orphanages and instead focus on strengthening families so they can care for their own children. We also empower young people so they can create independent families. Every day, we reach thousands of children and youth, improving their lives thanks to a holistic approach which involves families and communities in order to break the vicious cycle of poverty and address their marginalization and lack of education to ultimately create real economic, cultural and social change.
