The Prize

Exclusively to CharityStars.com comes a HeartSocial.charity initiative in collaboration with L'Alchimista Association for Social and Cultural Promotion. The initiative is supported by .bijouets and Mulac.

The brand .bijouets has donated a number of on-trend jewelry sets created by designers including Selvaggia Armani; Mulac has donated limited edition items from the #showyourheart collection. This collection was created by Mulac for Susan G. Komen Italia, a voluntary non-profit organization that works to fight breast cancer and, most importantly, offers support to women who have been diagnosed with the disease. Testimonial for the collection was Maria Grazia Cucinotta.

The auctions will open on February 4th to coincide with World Cancer Day, and will close after Valentine's Day, on February 19th.

February 4 and February 14 are two special occasions that you can mark by making special gestures in a show of respect and love for women, who must be supported and protected.

Every 3 days, a woman is killed in Italy. The grave phenomenon of violence against women has seen a sharp increase during the difficult period of the pandemic. Respecting women means respecting yourself.

The proceeds from this initiative will be donated to the project: "No Violence Against Women - 365 days a year"

The Cause

Among the various activities that we have planned for the biennium 2017/18, there is the Pet Therapy, for children and people with disabilities, but also for adults or older people who want to find an inner balance.

The therapeutic value of the relationship with animals friends is now recognized by the science. The Alchemist a no-profit Association of Social Promotion and Culture, believes that, especially cats and rodents can allow children and adults with difficulties temporary or chronic social relationship, to improve their quality of life and to be able to regain their inner balance, in order to better address the everyday life or health.

We are only at the beginning, in the most delicate phase: to raise funds through events, public auctions and more, in order to operate on the territory of Pescara. We very believe in this project and we also believe that the Pet Therapy should be accessible free of charge.
