Gli anni ottanta si concretizzarono in un "periodo americano", coi i suoi quadri che rappresentavano oggetti e luoghi comuni delle città statunitensi. Collaborò con la Rai, per la quale realizza videosigle, e con agenzie pubblicitarie. Nel decennio seguente ha affiancato alle sue numerose attività l'impegno nel teatro, realizzando scene e costumi per L'elisir d'amore di Donizetti al Teatro dell'Opera di Roma, all'Opera di Parigi, a Losanna, Liegi e Metz.

Nel 2007, firmò scene e costumi per l'opera Madama Butterfly che inaugurò il 20 luglio la 53ª stagione del Festival Puccini di Torre del Lago Puccini. L'anno successivo ha curato "Nespolo legge Dante", un trittico a tiratura limitata commissionatogli dalla De Agostini di Novara per la lettura della Divina Commedia attraverso l'arte figurativa. Seguono la mostra personale realizzata a New York dalla Walter Wickiser Gallery, e la antologica al Museo del Cinema.

Numerose sono le collaborazioni per la creazione di campagne pubblicitarie: tra le tante con Campari, Piaggio e Caffarel.

Nel 2016 ha aderito al Manifesto "Corporate Art" di Luca Desiata insieme ad Alexander Ponomarev, Fernando De Filippi e altri artisti.

The Cause

HelPeople was formed in 1991 to provide material assistance to children and teenagers in difficulty, to alleviate discomfort, and to become a strong point of reference in a degraded structural reality.

The core values that make up the mission and the cultural heritage of the foundation are the promotion of the person, the quality of life, and the general interest of the community in human promotion and the social integration of citizens.

We promote and strengthen the social change routes in the countries in which we operate, with particular attention to sustainable development, social inclusion and combating poverty.

We support the efforts of communities, organizations and local institutions aimed at identifying and implementing intervention programs. We are engaged in research and report the causes of injustice and marginalization to develop appropriate intervention proposals. We value and consider essential the contribution of different cultures in the development of intervention programs in the settlement of disputes and in building just and peaceful societies. We carry out our programs in collaboration with the Italian company, involving public and private figures, local and national in supporting their implementation.

We do not pursue profit, and we are independent from political parties, local, national and international, churches or religious entities, foundations or private companies.

We act in full transparency, sharing with donors, partners and beneficiaries all phases, from planning to evaluation, and sharing our annual reports and budgets.
