Sebastião Salgado "Angels".

Humanist photojournalist, he is considered one of the greatest photographers of our times and he has been nominated several times for the photographer of the year award by World Press Photo.

With economics studies behind him, Salgado came late in the world of photography, immediately occupying a leading position. His works are inspired by those of European masters, however, filtered by the South American cultural heritage. They draw attention to burning issues, such as workers' rights, poverty and the destructive effects of the market economy in developing countries.
