The Prize

Enjoy a unique and unrepeatable experience at the Ternana-Südtirol match set to be played on the 6th matchday of the BKT Series, a4 2pm on 23 September 2023.

This auction is for the incredible opportunity for your child to take to the pitch with the players before the match kicks off. They will accompany Ternana as they walk onto the pitch of the Stadio Libero Liberati, to the cheers of the thousands of fan at the stadium.

The child must be between 5 and 12 years old and between 1.05 and 1.45 meters tall. They will be required to wear the team kit, therefore they must be wearing football or sports shoes.

And the surprises don't end here: the package includes two seats (child + guardian) to enjoy the Ternana-Südtirol match from the Curva Sud.

Please note: You will be expected to arrive one hour before the start of the match at the Stadio Libero Liberati box office.

Payment must be made strictly within one hour of the auction closing and the auction winner must provide the child's name at the same time.

The Cause

L’Associazione Progetto Flavia per l’UGDH nasce a Maggio 2023 per
volontà dei genitori di Flavia al fine di finanziare il progetto di
ricerca "Aspetti patogenetici da deficit di UGDH" dell’ospedale
pediatrico Bambino Gesù di Roma, basato sullo studio di terapie
innovative per la malattia da “deficit di UGDH”, la malattia genetica
di cui è affetta Flavia.

Il progetto di ricerca rappresenta un programma di cure ambizioso,
l’unico che offre a circa 40 bambini in tutto il mondo di ricevere
trattamenti fondamentali per una vita migliore. Il progetto di ricerca
prevede la somministrazione, in due anni, di tre differenti terapie,
due di queste già finanziate con 50.000 euro e la terza dal costo di
146.000 euro.
L’Associazione Progetto Flavia persegue l’obbiettivo di completare la
raccolta fondi per poter accedere a tutte le cure previste nel
progetto attraverso l’organizzazione, la partecipazione e la
collaborazione ad eventi e manifestazioni di varia natura quali cene e
aperitivi solidali, tornei sportivi amatoriali e non, spettacoli
teatrali, concerti, eventi fieristici.
Simbolo dell’Associazione è HyperDOC, il supereroe che sconfigge
l’UGDH e presente su vari gadget quali T-shirt, borracce e mug; tutto
quanto ricavato dalla loro vendita va a sostenere completamente la
raccolta fondi. HyperDOC è presente anche sui prodotti dolciari
solidali proposti in vendita per le Festività.
Consapevole dell’importante ruolo svolto dalle associazioni di
volontariato, del fondamentale apporto dato dalla solidarietà di
quanti credono nel finanziamento della ricerca nell’ambito delle
malattie genetiche e metaboliche, l’Associazione Progetto Flavia,
appena terminata la raccolta fondi dedicata al “deficit di UGDH”,
dedicherà ogni iniziativa al sostegno delle terapie delle malattie
rare.
