The superbike teams have joined forces to offer their support to the EMERGENCY hospital in Sierra Leone to mark the organization's 25th anniversary.

The British motorbike racer and Kawasaki Racing Team champion has chosen to lend his support to EMERGENCY and the patients at the Goderch Surgical and Paediatric Centre in Sierra Leone by donating the knee sliders he used for the World Superbike Championship 2019 held in Portimao, Portugal. Rea  competed on a Kawasaki ZX-10RR, racing to victory for the top spot on the podium.

Jonathan Rea was crowned Superbike World Champion in 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018. He also holds the highest number of race wins in the Superbike World Championship.

The Cause

Emergency is an independent Italian organization that provides free, high-quality medical and surgical treatment to the victims of war, landmines and poverty.
