It has been 31 years since Scottish twins Craig and Charlie Reid emerged as The Proclaimers, since then their appeal has endured across generations.
They are best known for their songs "I'm Gonna Be (500 Miles)", "Sunshine on Leith", "I'm On My Way" and "Letter from America", and their distinctive singing style - made iconic by their strong Scottish accents.
They have released ten studio albums since 1987 as well as three compilation albums and a DVD. They have even inspired a musical and film, Sunshine on Leith.
