Questo oggetto apparteneva alla moto KTM di Romano Fenati, primo pilota del team di Moto3 Sky Racing Team VR46 classifficatosi 5 assoluto in questa stagione 2014 del motomondiale conclusasi a Valencia il 9 Novembre.
La rottura risale alla caduta di Romano durante le Prove Libere 3 (FP3 in gergo) nel weekend del GP TIM di San Marino e della Riviera di Rimini (anche conosciuto come GP di Misano) tenutosi tra il 12 e il 14 settembre 2014.
Fortunatamente Romano è uscito illeso da questa caduta posizionandosi comunque in 7ma posizione durante quelle stesse prove libere.
Belen Rodrìguez ha deciso di mettere in asta questo cimelio per sostenere il progetto di Fondazione De Marchi.
