Staubach, who is nicknamed "Roger the Dodger", "Captain America" and "Captain Comeback", is an American former professional football player who was a quarterback for the Dallas Cowboys in the National Football League (NFL).

Staubach joined Dallas in 1969 and played with the club during all 11 seasons of his career. He led the team to the Super Bowl five times, four as the starting quarterback. He led the Cowboys to victories in Super Bowl VI and Super Bowl XII. Staubach was named Most Valuable Player of Super Bowl VI, becoming the first of four players to win both the Heisman Trophy, and Super Bowl MVP, along with Jim Plunkett, Marcus Allen, and Desmond Howard.

To make that possible, we are dedicated to funding initiatives with defined outcomes that prevent intimate partner violence, that provide educational curriculum for youth and young adults, that promote awareness, and that provide credible research for the exploration of innovative methods that stop intimate partner violence.

Our initiatives are multifaceted and include the following: prevention, by providing curriculum for healthy relationship training; education, by funding seminars, conferences and symposiums that address intimate partner violence; awareness, by promoting the eNOugh awareness campaign to stop intimate partner violence; and research, by funding primary and secondary prevention research grants to universities.
