The 2021/22 UEFA Europa Conference League medal, a replica version of the one given to the AS Roma players and staff to celebrate the 2021/22 victory.

On May 25, 2022, José Mourinho's Roma narrowly beat Feyenoord 1-0 in the final in Tirana. The victory came twelve years after the last Conference League won by an Italian team, after a fourteen-year hiatus since the club's last title and 61 years after Roma's only other previous European victory.
