The famous "Mr. Brainwash", born in France and resident in Los Angeles, is a name used by street artist Thierry Guetta. Known for his colorful social media commentary, his Street Art Pop Art style depicts images of iconic people.
His clever and playful work juxtaposes past and present cultural idols including Einstein, Charlie Chaplin, Marilyn Monroe, Madonna, The Beatles and The Rolling Stones. Mr. Brainwash is a part of a new group of notorious world art stars, including Banksy and Shepard Fairey.
