Nike Dunk High Panda by PlugShop.

PlugShop is a business on the Instagram platform that deals with the sale of limited shoes in just a few sizes. Over time, these two very young entrepreneurs have become a point of reference for collectors and entertainment and music personalities.

This Nike Dunk style is one of the latest colorways launched by the Beaverton brand in 2021. Seen on the shelves for the first time in 1985, the Dunks were only released in a "high" version intended for use by university players on the basketball court. The first colors were all dedicated to the kit of the main American college teams. Back on trend in the early 2000s especially in the world of skateboarding (when Nike SB was launched), over the last five years sales and value of the shoes have risen rapidly. In addition to the classic colors, both in the "high" and for the "low" version, collaborations have been produced with various brands and artists, including the likes of Travis Scott and the American ice cream giant Ben & Jerry. Shoes of this type could cost several thousand euros.

The shoes show no signs of wear, as they have not been used.

The Cause

The Foundation was set up in 2020 in Milan by Giuseppe Riso, founder of GR Sports Agency, one of the leading prosecutors in Italy and Europe. GR Sports Agency is the first proxy agency in the world to set up its own business foundation.

After having witnessed the case of little Enea, who was suffering from a rare congenital skeletal disease and in need of several operations, Giuseppe and his agency decided to offer their support to the family through an in-house fundraiser intended to finance the first operation as part of the treatment path provided by doctors.

Rise Together Foundation aims to provide its support to those in need of economically out-of-reach care or therapies, with the aim of improving the development of those in need of highly qualified medical support.

Rise Together Foundation works to improve the quality of life of children and young people in disadvantaged conditions, providing them with financial support to access medical care, surgery and aid.
