PARIS is a the story in an image of one of the most elegant cities. An extraordinary place that can evoke and reunite the atmospheres from the Belle Époque with the modern thoughts, without ever losing the authenticity that makes this city so unique.

Maurizio Galimberti was born was born in Como in 1956. He moved to Milan to work and now lives here. Since 1983 his work has focused on Polaroid. He began collaborating with Polaroid Italia in which he quickly became the official spokesperson creating the Polaroid Pro Art volume published in 1995, he was nominated as “Instant Artist” and is the creator of the Italian Polaroid Collection. In 1992 he win the prestigious Grand Prix Kodak Italy Advertising.

He reinvents the “photographic mosaic” which initially was adapted to portraits, depicting the most important celebrities worldwide such as Lady Gaga, Chuck Close, Johnny Deep and Robert De Niro and then adapting it to landscapes, architecture, and cities such as New York, Lisbon and Paris.

In 2014 he participated in ArteFiera with “Italyscapes” and a preview of his new project on the city of Paris in which he is currently working on. It was right in the MIA Fair of Milan he presented his work on Paris, one of his most important works.
