During the 1964 match in Miami Muhammad Ali beat the reigning heavyweight champion of the world, Sonny Liston. On May 25th, 1965, Ali and Liston had a rematch where Ali won by knockout again. They decided to have a rematch where Ali could fight under his new name, Muhammad Ali, instead of his former name, Cassius Clay. 

Photo was taken by Neil Leifer with as Rolleiflex camera and is considered to be the greatest photo ever taken of Ali.
