The Prize

Anorak-style jacket padded with fake down, completely cruelty free.

The logo on the left sleeve is 3D Reflective.
It has a front and side opening, both with logoed zips.
The external fabric, called Touch, is in laminated polyester, allows good resistance to wind and water, and has a light and soft touch.
The peculiarity of this garment, which is part of the Suns Luminous Capsule as described in the heart side print, is the insertion of some parts in Luminous fabric: the front band on the chest and the patches on the shoulders are made of a material that is charged with light , and lights up in the dark and therefore allows greater visibility at night.

Suns is a brand founded in 2018 from an idea of Lucia Blondi (head designer) and Paolo Muccifora (creative director), specialized in the production of technical and sporty chic clothing. The goal was to create a brand that would respond to the most urgent needs of today's consumers: dynamism, clean style and eco-sustainability. To these basic characteristics the two creatives have added some ingredients that define the brand in a unique and symbolic way, positioning themselves on the market with a personal idea of contemporary and affordable daywear, which proves to be comfortable and functional.

The Cause

Founded in 1984 by the engineer Enzo Ferrari, in memory of his son Dino, supports and promotes scientific research through the “Centro Dino Ferrari”, in the field of neuromuscular, neurodegenerative and cerebrovascular diseases, also thanks to the help of generous donors.

The Associazione “Centro Dino Ferrari”, was recognized as an Ente Morale with legal status (D.P.R. 21 November 1984 n.1035), and was established within the Clinical Neurological Institute at the University of Milan, Fondazione I.R.C.C.S. Ca’ Granda Ospedale Maggiore Policlinico.

Piero Ferrari, Honorary President, continues the mission of his father Enzo, today, so that through the advancement and support of scientific research, it is possible to defeat devastating diseases such as: Muscular Dystrophy, Spinal Muscular Atrophy, Lateral Amiotrophic Sclerosis, Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s Disease and Multiple Sclerosis.

"Centro Dino Ferrari" Association supports scientific research with particular regard to the development of new diagnostic and therapeutic methodologies. Since its inception, it has dedicated resources and energies to the promotional and financial support of the “Centro Dino Ferrari”.

It is also thanks to the contribution of the Association, through events and fundraising for research, that the "Centro Dino Ferrari" has achieved important scientific progress over the years. These results lead us to foresee further progress in the diagnosis, prevention and treatment of neuromuscular and neurodegenerative diseases for the near future.
