The Prize

This auction is for a Michael Schumacher Personal SMALL size used MARLBORO Ferrari cap from the winning 2000 season. During this season Michael won his first title with Ferrari, the most special one for him since Ferrari has been waiting for the F1 Drivers World Title for 21 years.

The Michael Schumacher Personal cap is totally different from merchandise replicas as show in the photo. Schumacher Cap is a SMALL size and with Marlboro logo (NEVER for sale), while fans replica cap is in 'normal size' and has the number 3 instead of Marlboro.

Michael used to wear the cap with #3 during the race weekends where it was not allowed to have 'Marlboro' sponsorized due to Tobacco restrictions, but it could also happen, in some cases, that he used the #3 cap also during other race weekends.

This auction has been made available by a private seller. 10% of the total auction price will be donated to Saints Foundation.

The Cause

Saints Foundation is an independent charity aligned to Southampton Football Club. They work across five key themes: Equalities & Inclusion, Health & Wellbeing, Education, Employability & Enterprise and Football & Sports Development.

Across all of their programmes, the Saints Foundation engages with thousands of young people and vulnerable adults each year, and in so doing invests over £1.5 million into local communities within Southampton and the surrounding area. These funds are generated through various grants, sponsorship, coaching income, and the never-ceasing support of a huge number of individuals and businesses, including those that purchase Southampton Football Club related memorabilia from their CharityStars auctions - it goes without saying that they are extremely grateful for your ongoing support.
