Claudio Marchisio (Turin, 19 January 1986) is an Italian former footballer who played as a midfielder. He spent most of his career at Juventus, a club with which he won seven consecutive Serie A championships, one Serie B championship, three Italian Super Cups and four consecutive Italian Cups. He also won a Prem'er-Liga championship with Zenit St. Petersburg. With Italy he was semi-finalist at the 2009 Under-21 European Championship, finalist at the 2012 Poland-Ukraine European Championship and third at the 2013 Confederations Cup in Brazil; with the senior national team he also competed in two World Cups (South Africa 2010 and Brazil 2014).
