Aggiudicati la maglia rossa indossata dal fenomenale campione del mondo di ciclismo Peter Sagan, vinta durante la corsa a tappe Tirreno-Adriatico, disputata lo scorso 12 marzo 2017.

Nato il 26 gennaio 1990 a Žilina, Slovacchia, Sagan è un corridore completo nelle corse in linea: forte sul passo, capace di vincere in volata e con azioni da finisseur; per queste qualità, unite alla giovane età e alla sua esuberanza in gara, viene considerato uno dei migliori talenti del ciclismo mondiale. Campione del Mondo in linea nel 2015 e nel 2016 ed europeo nel 2016.

La maglia è stata consegnata all'associazione durante l'ultima tappa a San Benedetto del Tronto.

Sagan ha inoltre autografato la maglia, rendendo questo cimelio assolutamente unico.

The Cause

The Marina Romoli Onlus is a volunteer nonprofit organization that aims to fund research to find a cure for spinal cord injury.

The association was founded in 2011 following the road accident that upset the lives of promising cyclist Marina Romoli, and financially helps young riders (under 30, FCI) that have suffered as a result of accidents in training or in competition to address their rehabilitation and very expensive care. They also collects funds for research projects on spinal cord injuries.

You too can support our mission, as Marina says: "If one dreams alone, it remains a dream, but when many dream together it is the beginning of a new reality. TOGETHER, I'm sure, we can create a new reality. WE CAN DO IT."
