The Italian cyclist Filippo Baroncini has signed the jersey on the front, making it a unique collector's item.

Born in Massa Lombarda on August 26, 2000, Filippo Baroncini is an Italian road cyclist who races as an intern for the Trek-Segafredo team, with whom he will turn pro in 2022. In 2021 he became world champion in the Under-23 road race held in Leuven (BEL). In the same year he also won a stage in the Giro d'Italia Under-23 and the silver medal in the Under-23 road race at the European Championships in Trento.

The Cause

BOF is an association based in Imola in the province of Bologna. Imola is known worldwide for its racetrack which has hosted international sporting events such as the Formula 1 Grand Prix or concerts of well-known musical groups / singers worldwide.

This year, in addition to what has just been described, the association also wants to support the "NeverGiveUp Memorial Nicola Ussia". This project was born in 2015 from the family's desire to remember the father Nicola, who died in 2009 from a heart attack. The aim of NeverGiveUp is to raise awareness about cardiovascular diseases prevention. Every year the association organizes a fundraising event. Thanks to the money collected during the event, 7 defibrillators were donated to local Sports Associations and Educational Institutes.

However, due to the CoronaVirus pandemic, the 6th NeverGiveUp Memorial Nicola Ussia will not be able to take place in June. Nonetheless, thanks to the support of the BOF Association, a new initiative was conceived: a charity auction of sports memorabilia whose proceeds will be destined for the "Spesa Solidale" and the purchase of a new defibrillator.
