Take home this purple ACF Fiorentina home shirt, worn by Brazilian midfielder Gerson Santos da Silva for a match against Juventus FC, 14th matchday of the Serie A TIM 2018/19 championship.

The game, played at the Stadio Artemio Franchi in Florence on December 1 2018, ended in a 3-0 win to Juventus.

For this match ACF Fiorentina played in a special shirt dedicated to Nelson Mandela, marking the 100th anniversary of his birth, to celebrate peace, freedom and equality - values championed by the great man himself.

The shirt comes with an official ACF Fiorentina certificate of authenticity and a shirt holder for storage.

Nell’anno del 100° anniversario dalla sua nascita, la Fiorentina ha inteso omaggiare Nelson Mandela con un’asta benefica. In occasione di Fiorentina – Juventus, in programma all’Artemio Franchi il 1° dicembre 2018, le maglie dei viola saranno rese uniche da una personalizzazione dedicata al grande Madiba per celebrare i valori di pace, libertà e uguaglianza di cui è stato un protagonista assoluto.

D’accordo con il Nelson Mandela Forum di Firenze, il ricavato dell’asta servirà a finanziare uno speciale progetto dell’ASD Quarto Tempo Firenze di calcio a 5 dedicato ad atleti non vedenti che, nel maggio 2018, ha ricevuto in dono dalla Fondazione Fiorentina speciali sponde per rendere operativo il primo campo italiano per la pratica del calcio a 5 non vedenti attrezzato con sponde ufficiali paralimpiche. Dare una possibilità ai ragazzi ipovedenti e non vedenti di giocare al calcio è una delle iniziative sociali di cui siamo più fieri.
