David Ian Campese is a former Australian rugby player who played in the role of three-quarter wing; considered among the best players in the history of rugby, has 101 appearances in the Australian national team between 1982 and 1996, with 64 international goals scored, a record for the Wallabies and the second best performance behind Daisuke Ōhata (69 goals with Japan); he is also a winner of the Second World Cup held in England in 1991.
