The Prize

Luxury English shoemaker Church’s are offering a couple the opportunity for each of them to craft a pair of shoes or boots from Church’s special order offering, tailoring them to their desired specification. They will also have the chance to each customise a pair of slippers from the company’s elegant range. The winners will be granted exclusive (and usually unobtainable) access to the Church’s factory workshop in Northampton, the home of English shoemaking.

The winners will gain insider knowledge from some of the most skilled artisans in the English shoe industry and will work with the Church’s design and craft team to create their own unique and specially made Church’s.

T&Cs:
• This experience covers the factory tour, refreshments, design consultation, fitting, and the winning couples final pair of shoes and slippers.
• Church’s special order shoes, boots and slippers are available in selected existing styles and materials. Exotic leathers are exclude from this experience.
• This is designed for two attendees, although winners can request additional guests to accompany them during the tour and process.
• Subject to availability and agreement upon redemption.
• The package is valid for one year from the date it was won.
• The package must be booked within 3 months of winning.
• The production of shoes could take up to 10 weeks.
• Experience cannot be resold, re-auctioned, transferred.
• Travel and accommodations are not included.
• Experience expires on July 31st, 2021.
• Experience blackout dates: During the Factory holiday closures in the Autumn, Christmas, Spring and Summer periods. Closure dates confirmed on receipt of the prize.

The Cause

The NSPCC is the UK's leading children's charity, preventing abuse and helping those affected to recover. They help children who have been abused to rebuild their lives, protect those at risk, and find the best ways of preventing abuse from ever happening.

The NSPCC prevents abuse. They work with families when they're going through difficult times – like battling addiction or overcoming mental health problems. They offer all kinds of support – from helping new parents care for their baby to giving professionals the tools they need to assess neglect.

The NSPCC protects children. On average, a child contacts Childline every 25 seconds. Their counsellors are there to help parents, professionals and anyone worried about a child in the UK. They have conversations that mean they can protect children in abusive situations by getting them the help they need, when they need it most.

The NSPCC transform children's lives. If a law needs to change, or if more needs to be done to protect children, they demand it. The fact they’re independent – relying on our supporters to fund their work – means they can push for change when others can’t. They have remained committed to their mission for over 100 years and as long as there’s abuse, they will fight for every childhood.
