This is a unique opportunity to enjoy a lunch with Erik Voorhees, founder & CEO at ShapeShift.

The auction winner will get the unique chance to meet Erik Voorhees and talk about "free market" and Bitcoin over lunch with one of the top-recognized serial Bitcoin advocates and entrepreneurs.

Erik Voorhees understands Bitcoin as one of the most important inventions ever created by humanity and suggests that there is no such thing as a “free market” when the institution of money itself is centrally planned and controlled.

In addition to ShapeShift, Erik co-founded the bitcoin company Coinapult and founded the groundbreaking gaming phenomenon Satoshi Dice, that was, at its peak, responsible for more than half of all Bitcoin transactions. Erik has also been a featured guest on many shows and channels such as Bloomberg, Fox Business, CNBC, BBC Radio, The Peter Schiff Show, and numerous Bitcoin and industry conferences.

The lunch will be held in Denver, Colorado, within 6 months of the auction closing. Eventually, place and date will be mutually agreed depending on the availability of both Erik Voorhees and the auction winner. Travel expenses are not included in the final auction price.

The Cause

The World Wide Fund for Nature is the world's largest organization for nature preservation. It was born in 1961, and it is present in the world with 24 national organizations, 5 affiliated organizations and 222 offices in 96 countries.

More than 5 million people around the world help the WWF to support this challenge: it starts more than 2,000 concrete projects every year to protect biodiversity and to create a world where humans can live in harmony with nature.

The WWF was born in Italy in 1966 where it's structured with a staff located in Rome with 19 regional sections that support the ecoregional program (Alps and Mediterranean area).

The association is strongly present on the territory thanks to more than 200 local structures where several activists operate through actions of complaint, vigilance and citizens' awareness.
