Take home this black SSC Napoli Kombat Karbon fourth shirt, worn by the Slovakian captain Marek Hamsik for a match against Milan, valid for the 13th day of the 2017/18 Serie A TIM Championship.

The game played at the San Paolo Stadium in Naples on November 18 ended 2-1 in favor of the Neapolitans: Lorenzo Insigne's and Piotr Zielinski's goals were decisive to the victory.

For this 13th day of the 2017/18 Serie A TIM Championship all the captains from the 20 different teams wore the special UNICEF patch applique on their left sleeve.

This Karbon shirt is even more special because it was presented and worn for the first time during the game against Milan.

Hamsik even autographed the shirt both on the front and the back, making it a truly unique piece of memorabilia.

This shirt has not been washed and shows evident signs of wear
