Jersey worn by Giro di Lombardia 2020 winner Jakob Fuglsang.

Fuglsang has signed the shirt on the front, making it unique.

The route for the Giro di Lombardia 2020 has been confirmed. Despite the date change, which sees the race scheduled for August 15th, instead of autumn as usual, the route remains unaltered.

Starting from Bergamo with arrival in Como after 243 kilometers. The most interesting uphill sections will be Colle Gallo, Colle Brianza, the characteristic Ghisallo, Colma di Sormano, followed by Muro di Sormano (2 km at 15%), before the grand finale with Civiglio and San Fermo della Battaglia.

The last 10 km that begin in the center of Como, lead the race down wide avenues to the railway underpass where the final climb of San Fermo della Battaglia begins. The hill is around 7% (max 10%). You go through several hairpin bends until you reach the brow at around 5 km from the finish. The descent on the wide road brings the cyclist to the last kilometer.

The Cause

Lombardia, UBI Banca and Insuperabili in support of the Papa Giovanni XXIII Hospital in Bergamo.

A big sporting event on the international calendar will kick of on August 15 in Bergamo and will see UBI Banca working alongside RCS Sport as a "presenting sponsor".

Thr race is marked by the determination not to surrender to the virus and get back to living, whilst honoring those who are no longer here and also returning to a semblance of joyful normality.

Lombardia and UBI Banca, thanks to the fundraising activity promoted by Insuperabili Onlus, have decided to offer a further gesture of concrete aid for the territories hardest hit by the pandemic, by auctioning off authentic collectible sports memorabilia such as the signed jersey belonging to the winner of this unique edition, NBA star Marco Belinelli's jersey and jerseys belonging to champions such as Cristiano Ronaldo, Gianluigi Buffon, Giorgio Chiellini, Papu Gomez and many others.

All the proceeds will be donated to the Papa Giovanni XXIII hospital in Bergamo.
