"Tree of Life" Fabbriziani silk tapestry.

Beautiful fine silk tapestry made by Fabbriziani in the 1980s.

Dimensions: 144 x 96 cm

This very rare and unusual work changes color according to the reflection of light, with varieties of gold and silver.
The tapestry bears the Fabbriziani signature at the bottom and still displays the original Fabbriziani & Calandra film which can be left or removed for framing.

The Fabbriziani & Calandra tapestries are representative of the 70s and 80s. The two late Roman artists created a type of screen printing, in a limited edition, on precious fabrics such as silk, fine satin or even moherato lula lamé. The screen prints captured various artistically representative subjects.
