Jorge Lorenzo Guerrero è un pilota motociclistico spagnolo.
Vincitore di cinque titoli iridati nel motomondiale, nel 2006 e nel 2007 nella classe 250, nel 2010, 2012 e 2015 in MotoGP.
Sin dall'esordio nella classe 125 ha corso con il numero 48. Nel 2007 e nel 2011, in qualità di campione in carica rispettivamente della classe 250 e MotoGP, ha usato il numero 1. A partire dalla stagione 2009, visto il ritiro dal mondo delle corse del suo manager Daniel Amatriaín, ha deciso di lasciare il 48 (legato appunto ad Amatriaín) e di utilizzare il numero 99.
