The Prize

James has been an ambassador for the Small Steps Project since 2009 and we’re very honoured and grateful to have his continued support.

RSC trained James Purefoy’s stage credits include Macbeth, the Constant Couple, and The Tempest. His breakout screen role came in 1996 when he landed the starring role of Mr. Lawrence in The Tenant of Wildfell Hall. He continued to appear in TV dramas including, A Dance to the Music of Time, Mansfield Park and the HBO series, Rome, as Mark Anthony. His film credits Resident Evil and Vanity Fair.

This year, James has donated his Signed King Louis XV shoes from the lavish TV series ´Marie Antoinette´ which premieres in November 2022 on Canal + and in 2023 on BBC2.
