The Prize

Garbiñe Muguruza is a Spanish-Venezuelan professional tennis player. She is ranked world no. 4 in singles and no. 20 in doubles by the WTA. Highlights of Muguruza’s career thus far include winning her maiden title at the 2014 Moorilla Hobart International, winning the biggest title of her career at the 2015 China Open and reaching the final of the 2015 Wimbledon Championships. This year at Wimbledon, she defeated Venus Williams, among others, and was the first to do so in a major singles final.

This is the second time Garbiñe has donated to our Celebrity Shoe Auction. This year she has donated an amazing pair of white and silver Adidas, designed by Stella Mc Cartney, that she wore during Wimbledon 2017, in a UK size 9.5, signed on both outer sides.

Details:

  • Stella McCartney for Adidas white/silver tennis shoes
  • Fabric and rubber
  • UK 9.5
  • Signed on both shoes, outer sides signatures
  • Worn during Wimbledon 2017, which she won!
