The current Everton manager is the only player in the competition's history to score over 100 goals and also have over 100 assists. Frank Lampard scored 147 goals in 429 games for Chelsea between 2001-2014.

The shirt is from Man City 0-1 Chelsea game, played on 14.03.2007. Goalmachine and Chelsea great Frank Lampard scored the only goal of the game from the penalty spot. In the 2006/07 season Chelsea finished 2nd in Premier League behind Manchester United but won both the FA Cup and League Cup under the guidance of Jose Mourinho. They also only just lost out in the Champions League semifinal to Liverpool, from that memorable goal/no goal from Luis Garcia.
