Ciro Ferrara is an Italian football manager and former player, who played as a defender. Among the best defenders of the 80s and 90s, during his career he played for Napoli and Juventus, winning 7 league titles, 2 Italian Cups, a UEFA Cup, 5 Italian Super Cups, 1 UEFA Champions League, 1 Super Cup UEFA, 1 Intercontinental Cup and 1 Intertoto Cup. Between 1987 and 2000 he totaled 49 appearances for the national team, competing in the 1988 European Championship and the 1990 World Cup, both times placing in third place, and in the 2000 European Championship, finishing second.

The Cause

History Life Onlus was born out of a group of young volunteers’ passion for history and culture.

At the center of our activities are the protection, promotion and enhancement of culture and art in all of their forms and expressions. To this end, one of our main goals for 2017 is to create a fund for scholarships for deserving but economically disadvantaged students.

We believe that knowledge is a right of everyone: every citizen of the world should have the possibility to access it, independently from his/her economic situation, because only instruction makes men truly free.
