Christian Panucci is an Italian football manager and former player, who played as a defender. After playing in the youth teams of Veloce Savona and Genoa, he made his debut in Serie A with Genoa. He then moved on to AC Milan, where in the mid-1990s he won two Scudettos, two Italian Super Cups, a Champions League and a UEFA Super Cup. He then moved abroad: first to Real Madrid, where at the end of the decade he won a Spanish Super Cup, his second Champions League and an Intercontinental Cup, then (after a brief interlude at Inter) to Chelsea, where he raised an England Super Cup, and finally to Monaco. At the beginning of the 2000s he made his second return to his homeland with a move to Roma; over the course of eight seasons he became an important player in the squad, participating in the victories of two Italian Cups and his second Super Cup. Finally, he ended his career in Parma, after having racked up more than 650 appearances in professional football.

The Cause

History Life Onlus was born out of a group of young volunteers’ passion for history and culture.

Our belief is that knowledge is the heritage of us all and that every one of us should know his/her own past in order to become a better version of himself/herself.

At the center of our activities are the protection, promotion and enhancement of culture and art in all of their forms and expressions. To this end, one of our main goals for 2017 is to create a fund for scholarships for deserving but economically disadvantaged students.

We believe that knowledge is a right of everyone: every citizen of the world should have the possibility to access it, independently from his/her economic situation, because only instruction makes men truly free.
