The Wedding Edition 2010 was produced in a very small number and is highly sought after by collectors across the world. This Limited Edition Dom Pérignon made the label an international reference point, synonymous with prestige, luxury and elegance.

Dom Pérignon is inspired by the creative legacy of Dom Pierre Pérignon, a young Benedictine monk who grew up in Sainte-Menehould, in the Champagne-Ardenne region, in close contact with wine, working in the vineyards of his father and uncles. After becoming a priest, at the age of 30 he became treasurer and head of the vineyards of the Benedictine monastery of Saint-Pierre d’Hautvillers, an important job for a vineyard that supported itself solely by selling its own wine. His passion for oenological excellence pushed him to create the "best wine in the world" to serve his community and the glory of God.

Tasting notes: Bright straw yellow with golden reflections, with a very fine and persistent perlage. The sweetness of tropical fruit immediately hits the nose: green mango, melon and pineapple. Then more temperate notes emerge: the tingle of orange peel, a hint of mandarin. As the wine is allowed to breathe its freshness is revealed. Flowering after the rain. A tactile sensation of peony, jasmine and lilac. On the palate the wine quickly reveals its full, rich, intense character. An interesting maturation and a tactile sensation follow the aromatic experience. On the palate it takes shape, generous, decisive and controlled. Then it strengthens, making the wine vibrate with spicy and peppery notes. The energy is prolonged with a magnificent salty finish.
