Sara Pichelli is an Italian illustrator and cartoonist known for her collaboration with Marvel Comics, when she created the character design of Miles Morales, according to Ultimate Spider-Man universe. She made her debut in comics making a short story for the anthology Sex with a knife and working as assistant of David Messina and Elena Casagrande for the IDW Publishing comic book series Star Trek and Ghost Whisperer. In 2008 she began working for Marvel, Eternals, X-Men, Runaways and Namora.

She draw also Guardians of the Galaxy, that allowed her to work on the screenplay by Neil Gaiman, and All New X-Men. She signed the cover of the Dylan Dog Color Fest #12 for Sergio Bonelli Publishing. Her talent has been recognized with internationals awards like the Eagle Award, the Harvey Award for "Best New Artist", two Stan Lee Awards.
