- Grape variety: 100% Pinot nero. Alcohol content 12.5%. Quantity 750 ml.
- Tasting: Pink color with fine and persistent perlage; on the nose fascinating and deep hints of apricots, candied oranges and dried figs as well as notes of spices and cocoa. It is intense, succulent and crisp on the palate with a dense and iodized texture.
- Pairing: Amazing champagne to be enjoyed on special occasions, perfect with shellfish.
