Vintage wine is not to be considered as a product to be tasted, but as an emotion to give that brings with it the memories of a past time.
It is first and foremost a collector's work, with high antiques value and only later, if you are lucky, a wine to taste.
Boca, like all vintage wines in general, is subject to a multitude of variables that condition aging with the passing of time so as not to guarantee its drinkability, the only way to understand if it is still drinkable is to uncork it.
The history of the winery Guidetti has its roots in 1968 when Luigi Guidetti decided to invest his talent in the cultivation of the vineyards of the family.
The rural and family dimension of the company has guaranteed attention to product quality.
The advent of the 80s and the management of the company in the hands of the new generation has pushed commercial choices beyond the local area and has expanded the list of proposed labels.
Today Luigi's grandchildren: Claudio, Marcello and Marco Guidetti, under the watchful and expert eye of Cesare and Filippo, are in constant pursuit of quality, between tradition and innovation there is the commitment to express at best the typical characteristics of the strong and generous wines that the land of Piedmont is able to give.
Please note: Preserved professionally for over 40 years in a special cellar, this is a collector's bottle, therefore the quality of the wine cannot guaranteed.
