Selected by the sommeliers of the Saddled Chefs of Fratelli Desideri, this classic method from the Langhe is among the biggest competitors of the great French Champagnes! It is outstanding!

This sparkling wine was created to be an accompaniment to Beluga from the Caspian Sea (Huso Huso), the rarest and most precious caviar with coarse-grained eggs and a color ranging from pearl gray to dark gray.

But its marked vivacity retains floral and fruity aromas that make it ideal to accompany any dish. The grapes are rigorously harvested by hand and immediately pressed with soft squeezing.

Tirage (bottling) takes place in the spring following the year of harvest, followed by aging of about 60 months on the lees.

Recommended serving between 4° and 6° degrees.

History Life Onlus was born out of a group of young volunteers’ passion for history and culture.

At the center of our activities are the protection, promotion and enhancement of culture and art in all of their forms and expressions. To this end, one of our main goals for 2017 is to create a fund for scholarships for deserving but economically disadvantaged students.

We believe that knowledge is a right of everyone: every citizen of the world should have the possibility to access it, independently from his/her economic situation, because only instruction makes men truly free.
