Questo vino, nato dalle uve autoctone di Cesanese di Affile ed è vinificato e affinato per un anno in acciaio per mantenere intatte le caratteristiche del vitigno. Un rosso che al palato è fruttato, pieno, ed è perfetto da bere giovane, in accompagnamento a piatti gustosi come costolette di agnello a scottadito e pasta con ragù di salsiccia. Stupisci gli amici con un vino ancora poco conosciuto ma dalle grandi potenzialità.

L’Azienda agricola Proietti, a conduzione familiare da oltre tre generazioni, è situata alle pendici delle colline sulle quali si estende l’abitato di Olevano Romano; nei vigneti, che si estendono per circa 9 ettari, si coltiva esclusivamente Cesanese per la produzione del vino Doc Cesanese di Olevano Romano.

L’azienda agricola Proietti si contraddistingue proprio per questi aspetti: ha conservato gelosamente i segreti della produzione di vino tramandandoli di padre in figlio, dotandosi nel corso degli anni di moderne tecnologie, imponendosi sempre di più all’attenzione degli addetti ai lavori e del mercato.

The Cause

Together to Go Onlus (Tog) was founded in order to create a center for hosting 120 children affected by complex neurological diseases. These children have suffered damage to their Central Nervous System from either genetic diseases, improper prenatal development or birth trauma. They have motor, cognitive, behavioral and communication disorders. Following diagnosis, they need rehabilitation, which is often the only effective cure. Tog creates a customized rehabilitation plan for each child, to help with: movement through physical therapy, communication through speech therapy, better understanding the world through cognitive therapy, and interacting with others through psychomotor training, music therapy and psychological support.

For Tog, the goal is not only to find a cure and help the children develop to their full potential, but to also create a trustful and empathetic environment that helps their families and schools.
