Ringo Starr is an English musician, singer, songwriter and actor who gained worldwide fame as the drummer for the Beatles. He occasionally sang lead vocals with the group, usually for one song on each album, including "With a Little Help from My Friends", "Yellow Submarine", "Good Night", and their cover of "Act Naturally". He also wrote and sang the Beatles' songs "Don't Pass Me By" and "Octopus's Garden".

Dottor Sorriso Onlus was the first organization in Italy to even introduce Clown Therapy to rehabilitation institutes, to bring smiles and laughter to children affected by intellectual and motor disabilities. At the same time, over the years, the foundation has created a series of international projects in support of other organizations operating in difficult or emergency settings such as Macedonia, Afghanistan, Ukraine, Romania, India, Palestine and Burkina Faso.
