Baroque Masterpieces - a 3-hour private guided tour in Rome for four people.

No other city in the world boasts as much Baroque art as Rome. Our special tour starts from Piazza Navona: at the center of the square stands the famous Fountain of the Four Rivers created by the brilliant Gian Lorenzo Bernini.

In Piazza Navona you will admire the Church of Sant’Agnese in Agone designed by prominent architects including Francesco Borromini. The next stop on the Baroque trail is Sant’Ivo alla Sapienza, a church built by Borromini in the second half of the 17th century that is considered one of the architect's greatest masterpieces due to its artistic, technical and symbolic value.

Afterwards you'll head to Palazzo Spada, home to Borromini's forced perspective - an awesome architectural optical illusion that was created during the Baroque period. Finally, you'll visit the Church of St. Agostino in Campo Marzio and the Church of St. Francis of the French, which houses some of Caravaggio’s most famous masterpieces.
