8-time Grammy Award winner, Manny Marroquin, will listen to your music demos during a meeting at Larrabee Studios in LA!

Bring two of your original songs to Manny Marroquin’s famous Larrabee North Studios in Los Angeles and receive his expert notes and advice. Your 1-hour meeting will also include a tour of Larrabee North Studios, in North Hollywood.

As a mix engineer, Marroquin has worked with such well-known artists as Whitney Houston, 2Pac, John Mayer, Shakira, Rihanna, Kanye West, Sia, Imagine Dragons, Bruno Mars, Linkin Park, Lorde, Lady Gaga, The Weeknd, DJ Khaled and many, many more. He won his first Grammy in 2000 for Mary Mary's album, Thankful. In 2004, he received two Grammys for Album of the Year for Kanye West's College Dropout, and Alicia Keys' The Diary of Alicia Keys. He earned a Grammy for his work on the album Get Lifted by John Legend in 2005, and Battle Studies by John Mayer in 2011. The Grammy Museum, which opened in Los Angeles in December 2008, acknowledged Marroquin's musical achievement with its mixing exhibit. The interactive exhibit allowed players to mix a track under the guidance of Marroquin.

The Cause

Ovation Music Fund 501(c)(3) provided low income children under 18 with music scholarships so they could attend any approved after-school music program in the US.

Ovation worked with over 120 music schools in 27 states, helping children receive a premiere music education experience. Ovation also created groundbreaking educational programs which expanded children’s knowledge and understanding of the world at large, through music collaborations with partners like Carnegie Hall, and the Casterbridge Music Development Academy in South Africa. These musical exchange programs provided students with life-changing experiences working with mentors and students from other cultures and communities.

Funds raised will help Ovation complete its mission of providing services that help children receive music scholarships.
