The Prize

30-minute personal video call with Lions Legend and 2013/2017 Captain Sam Warburton. A chance to meet Sam and ask him anything you've ever wanted to know about rugby, training, Wales or life in general!

In total, the Wales openside flanker played 74 times for his country after making his debut in 2009, leading them out on 49 of those appearances during a nine-year international career.

At the age of 24, Warburton was made the youngest Lions captain of all time for the 2013 Tour to Australia. Sam also then became only the fourth Welsh player to lead the Lions on Tour after Arthur Harding in 1908, John Dawes in 1971 and Phil Bennett in 1977.

Warburton led by example against the Wallabies, in particular producing a performance for the ages in the second Test. He lifted the trophy for the Lions after the final whistle of the third Test and then, four years on, Warburton once again proved what a special player and leader he is during the Tour to New Zealand – as the Lions drew a dramatic Series with the All Blacks.

This unique and personal experience will be scheduled for a mutually agreeable date and time, by 31 December 2021. Maximum 4 people on the call. We will contact the highest bidder upon winning to arrange full details.
