The auction winner will have the opportunity to take home a personalized photographic portrait taken by Fine Art Photographer Gabriela Herma, and enjoy an amazing photoshoot session.

The photograph will be finely printed onto metal before being coated in resin and reflective elements rendering it supremely shiny and giving it a 3-D look.

Gabriela Herma is a Polish Fine Art photographer based in London and represented by Le Dame Art Gallery. Her work is inspired by her surroundings and the emotions they evoke in her. Each photograph conceals a deeper meaning and emotion that the artist invites her viewers to explore.

She has been part of several international exhibitions, including the 50th Edition of Venice Biennale, Dubai Vanity Art Fair and Art Basel Miami. She also took part in Frieze London 2017, with two solo exhibitions.

The photoshoot will take place in London, within ten months of the auction closure on a mutually agreed upon week day. The artist is available to reach the auction winner abroad in any other location, should they be willing to cover the travel and accommodation expenses.

Dimensions of the artwork: 80 x 80 cm or 100 x 100 cm

The Cause

Dubai Cares is a philanthropic organization working to improve children’s access to quality primary education in developing countries. Launched in September of 2007 by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates and Ruler of Dubai, Dubai Cares expresses his desire to give children, regardless of their gender, nationality, race or religion, the opportunity to become positive contributors to society.

Dubai Cares is playing a key role in helping achieve the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal, which aims to ensure inclusive and quality education for all and promote lifelong learning by 2030, by supporting programs in early childhood development, access to quality primary and secondary education, technical and vocational education and training for youth as well as a particular focus on education in emergencies and protracted crises.
